did he eat meatball subs? haha
and how long was he on this diet
answer from chineseop.com cooking QA
this is what he did:
he didnt eat breakfest...just coffee (BAD) then he walked to subway for lunch and it was a somewhat far walk...for lunch he had a 6 inch turkey with no cheese or sauces and lots of veggies. and he walked home
for dinner he walked back and had a 12 inch veggie delight....no cheese or sauce
he def. did not have the meatball sub...it is like way worse for you that a burger at a fast food joint

if you ask me it was a verry unhealthy way to loose weight and i am surprised he didnt gain it back yet
answer from chineseop.com cooking QA
He ate mostly 6%26quot; turkey breast, with no condiments, and a large amount of veggies, 2 times daily, combined with a vigorous exercise regiment. The Subway really had no affect of it%26#039;s own, as a regular old sandwich made at home would have done the exact same thing. However, he decided to eat Subway twice daily while doing his exercise regiment, therefore giving the allusion that it was the sandwiches doing all the work. To respond to the meatball sub reference, it contains as much fat as a hamburger from competing fast food joints.
