It%26#039;s just a malt beverage (not vodka based as a PP suggested), meaning it starts from a mix similar to sugar water, and is fermented so that some of that sugar turns to alcohol, but plenty of it remains, keeping it very sweet. Some flavorings are added, and voila. It tastes good, but has an alcohol content similar to beer. (Consider that, with a beer, it%26#039;s not so much the alcohol you taste as much as the hops)

Yum i was drinking it yesterday it is my favorite drink. Everytime i go to the store i have to buy a pack...the strawberry one is my favorite one it%26#039;s so delicious!!! If you ever buy that flavor make sure it is ICY cold from the freezer...more flavor to it!!! It has sugar so that%26#039;s what makes it takes like soda...happy drinking!
