if you don't drink milk b/c of lactose intolerance. there is a product that you can take to help with it. it is called lactaid.

you can try yoghurt and cheese. (these might also cause lactose intolerance) go to the following website, and find out for yourself what is your daily requirement for calcium. different age group/gender has different requirement.

if diet alone doesn't meet the daily recommended requirement. it is advisable to take a supplement, which is calcium that you can buy in a bottle from a drug store. there are many different ones. make sure that you get one that comes with Vitamin D. b/c vit D helps your body to absorb the calcium better. ask the pharmacist at your drug store.
