One of the easiest -- and the very best -- is making Lomi Salmon. This is a Hawaiian dish, and you don't cook with heat, you cook with lime juice. Slice the salmon in very thin strips, slice an onion in very thin pieces (you should almost be able to see through the onion slices) slice up some tomatoes, and some fresh, ripe peppers. Sprinkle a little salt on top, squeeze the juice of several limes and/or lemons on top, then cover and allow to marinate in the frig. It takes about 24 hours to make, and you will love it!

Supplies: Tin foil, lemon, cilantro and salt and pepper.

Take a large piece of tin foil place fish in the center. Sprinkle salt and pepper and cilantro and squeeze lemon on top. Wrap up the tin foil and seal all of the edges. Cook for appropriate amount of time per weight of fish.
Its super tasty and low fat.
Dredge the salmon in seasoned flour and saute in a hot skillet until brown all over.Put in a pie pan and place in the oven@350.
In the same skillet you cooked the salmon in, saute finley diced red onions (or shallots preferably) add a dash of dry white wine and let cook for three to four min. over a medium flame. Add 1/2 cup heavy cream and bring it to a boil,until it thickens,add 1 tablespoon of dill seasoning, a pinch of salt and a dash of fresh ground pepper.
Serve over a wild rice blend, top with the cream dill sauce.

I love salmon.What I do is put the salmon in a pan, put a piece of parkay margarine on each piece and put it in the oven until the margarine melts.Then take it out and cover top with seasoned bread crumbs.Put a little white cooking wine,water and more margarine if needed in pan for the juice.Cover and bake in oven on 400 about 20 to 30 min.

You can also do it the same way but instead of the cooking wine use fresh lemon juice.
Try individually wrapping each piece of salmon in a foil package using aluminum foil add ,olive oil,dill weed,lemon juice,salt and pepper, seasoning salt and a pat of butter to each packet seal and cook for 20 Min's to an half of an hour .350 degrees.
