I want to serve pumpkin martinis for Thanksgiving party as the drink. So, I would like to have something other than pumpkin pie for dessert..Any ideas? Thanks!

PECAN PIE is great this time of year
Sweet Potato Pie, Banana Cream Cake, Red and Green Velet Cake...
Apple Pie.
Any kind of fruit pies are good for Thanksgiving - especially Apple!

Sweet Potato pies are a nice alternative to pumpkin pies - they have the look, but a totally different taste.

You can also do a nice cookie plate, with sugar cookies cut in to holiday shapes.
Well apples are in season, so it is a great time to make a homemade apple pie. Plus it is a great alternative to just the same ol' pumpkin pie.
C H E E S E C A K E! Always a winner, no matter the occasion!
hot apple pie, mincemeat pie, cherry pie, peanut butter pie, egg nog ice cream
Banana pudding; lemon pound cake; blackberry cobbler; sweet potato pie; coconut cake; german chocolate cake; peach cobbler....
maybe something with cinnamon in it ...like the bun, cake, or muffins....pumpkin pie uses cinnamon in their pie right?..something to match the martini you made is somewhere great to start. lets' say ur martini is savory, try a savory dessert. (even though dessert is suppopse to be sweet but the culinary works are expandable)
Apple tart
Baked apples
Cheese and fruit
I always make a big cheese cake.. I just use the jello mix follow the directions on box & and add a small pack of cream cheese & a containor of cool whip it comes out real big & fluffy if you want you can top it with your fav. fruit pie filling
i go with cheesecake, any kind
Well custard pie is good, banana creme pie, dobash (chocolate cake) is really good, chantilly cake is good too.
pecan pie and apple pie are the best!
Cherry cheese cake.
This always goes over big at our office parties. I've actually had people take this dessert before Turkey.

Death by Chocolate

It's a layered dessert served in a large bowl ( I think my wife calls it a Triful bowl or something like that)

It is
Brownies soked with Kalua
then Chocolate Mouse
then Whipped Cream
then crushed Heath (or Scores) bars

I use:
1 - Dunken Hines brownie mix for a 9x13 pan they give you two ways to make it use the cake like instructions. (you want it to soke up the Kalua).
3 - Nestles Dark Chocolate Instant Mouse Mix (make while brownies are in oven and refigerate)
1 - Quart Heavy whipping cream ( I like to add about 1 table spoon of powdered sugar)
8 - Heath (or Scores) candy bars. Put in freezer then crush.
1/2 cup of Kalua. Poke holes in the brownies after they cool and pour on the Kalua and let soke in.

Once everything is made just layer in big bowl as listed above.
Best made the night before event.

Cherry Pie
Apple crisp, cranberry loaf, pecan pie, apple pie with vanilla ice cream and warm caramel sauce.
Cranberry Cheesecake -- whenever I am invited for dinner, there is a request for at least 2 of these. YUMMMM
chocolate pudding pie
how about a nice fruit salad or fruit tray. I like to put pineapple and maraschino cherries on a tooth pick then take 10x sugar and mix it with rum or water and drizzle that over very good. Or go for a classic chocolate cake with peanut butter icing.
Pumpkin cheesecake, delicious. Simply stir in a little canned pumpkin to your cheese mixture.
chocolate pudding pie with oreo crust
sweet potato pie
pumpkin roll
cream puffs
apple pie
How about Baked Apples with Marzipan & Cranberries? They are delicious served with ice cream. You will find the recipe here:

apple pie, carmel galzed peacon pie,
Cheesecake with a variety of toppings (strawberry, blueberry, fudge, pecan mixtures, etc) to suit many guests with different tastes. It can be made ahead of time and frozen. You will have your dessert complete and won't even have to think of it until you have to get it out to unthaw. You'll be a hit! Everyone will love the idea!
Banana pudding, rice pudding, sweet potato pie, tapioca pudding, chocolate cake, german chocolate cake, cheese cake, etc....
The most unusual Thanksgiving dessert I 've ever had is pear and gorgonzola pizza with walnuts. This one was bought frozen and doctored by adding extra gorgonzola and the walnuts, but you could make it easily using a ready-made pizza crust, gorganzola (or any blue cheese) and thinly sliced pears.

Also good is sorbet... nice and light after a big meal.

Or, you could go to an ice cream parlor (like Baskin Robbins or Cold Stone) and buy pints or quarts of a few flavors, some traditional and at least one unusual.
I agree with the people who said sweet potato pie. I've NEVER liked pumpkin pie. Too many spices and I HATE nutmeg. Go with the sweet potato pie and serve a normal drink. No one wants their desert and their drink clashing in their mouth.
Try this pecan pie.

Pecan Pie is great. There is also Sweet potato pie, apple pie ICE CREAM lol
