Mike said: oh,no,you are wrong.I have found as below for this question(It's that time of month for my girlfriend, is there something I can do to help h),it will help you,my kids.

she gets cramps, I guess they hurt, it lasts for about a day
Buy her chocolate, make her dinner. rent/watch her favorite movie lately (walk the line), and do whatever she says.Yeah thats it ; )

Other Answers:
Get her a dose of buscopan and afterwards, getting naughter under the sheets will make her forget the pain soon enough!

Create a hot infusion of ginger root (boil it in water), dip towels in it after it cools enought to just being hot. Apply the hot compresses to her abdominal or cramped area.
also buy her herbal supplements containing the herb- Cramp Bark.

A hot water bottle always helps me, buy her one of them cute ones which is a little animal with a wheat bag in , you put the wheat bag in the microwave. Then the bag goes in the cuddly animal and you put it on your lower stomach or back, which ever hurts. x

depends to what degree she is affected each month..a good thought..a small box or bag of her favorite chocolate(not a big bag or box or she'll be mad for eating the whole thing and weight gain), maybe a movie and a heating pad..and maybe leave her alone til tomorrow
and if she gets it real bad each month..hide all sharp objects and stay away for the next 72 hours

Aren't you sweet to care so for her discomfort.
Ibuprofen, and some of the following:
hot soak in the tub
all proven to bring relief..actually all would be best

try to tell her to excercise in a good way please and kneeling on bend while head on pillows should help as well..that's what i do..

Comfort her, pamper her and ingore the 'witchy' side of hormones. Hot Water Bottles help and chances are, she knows which works better, Midol, Aleve or Ibuprofen. :) If it's her back, try a heating pad. Either way, pamper her, give her massages and understand that when this time of the month happens for women, hormonally we can't really 'control' our emotions and that it's not you or something you have done wrong :) Thanks for being a great guy and trying to help - and not running LOL

hot water bottle and light stretching exercise. and yes the hot shower it works wonder

You are so sweet!! I find that when I get really bad cramps, a back rub is always blissful. To get extra brownie points, fix her a really hot bubble bath with a cup of hot tea and some Midol. Then fix up her bed with extra pillows, a heating pad, and a good girly movie. Then leave, so she can get some rest. She will love you in the morning.

I would ask her, if I were you. She may want a tummy rub, back rub, or something like that. It is kind of you to be concerned about her.

Just say "yes dear" and "I'm sorry" until it passes
