Here are some friends with simlar question as we.And I have this question for many days,anyone help us?

Answer:
In my experience, sweating has continued to be a side-effect of eating spicy foods, no matter how much or how often I eat them.
Hiccuping has never been a problem of mine.
If you want to increase your tolerance, do it slowly and persistently. Just eat the spicy foods of your choice, a little bit at a time.
If you hiccup, it's a sign that you have eaten too quickly.
Slow down, chew carefully, SAVOR the food. Don't look at it as a challenge -unless you're going to win a prize for eating spicy food, it's nothing but a personal exercise in expanding your horizons.
Eat alot till u get used to it!
you need to start out slow and slowly build up to it, start with sweet chilli sauce, then chilli sauce, then pickled chilli's then fresh chillis...slowly rising on the heat scale. you need to eat these regularly and over a period of a few months.
You may always hiccup or sweat, that's a reaction to the capsaicin, but you can increase your tolerance by eating more spicy food more frequently
Have a glass of water nicely chilled next to your plat when you eat it will stop the hiccups and also will cool down the heat of the food it will work. try it works.
I would start out slow eating a little more spicy every time till you got used to it. Instead of water I would have a glass of milk there to help cool you down.
Only one way - eat more of it.
