Anyway once you start eating again you will most likely just gain those few pounds back on again.

OK, do you wtch the news. That is the absolute worst way to lose weight. Do research and find your daily allowence. Track what you eat on microsoft excel. And use calorie king to help you find the nutrition facts of the food you ate. But don%26#039;t stop eating and don%26#039;t eat less!

You obviously do not know what anorexic is... do research before you say that. That is not healthy, and you will put on the weight again as soon as you start eating again. It slows your metabolism. See a doctor to get a diet plan.

that isnt a diet, a diet is eating healthy, low carb foods
not eating for a while=anorexic
i really recommend buying a dieting book, but be sure to eat!
and also you could work out at a gym

what ever you do dont stop eating
eat but not a lot or exercise or idk
but stop eating is not even an
option maybe eat less sure or

just lay off the heavy foods, like fried foods, sweets stuff like that. eat fruits and vegetables and dink lots of water.
