I get really hungry at like 10:00PM. I know I shouldn%26#039;t eat at such a late time, but it takes some time for me to go to sleep on an empty stomach. yogurt. if you buy a certain kind, its not only low in calories and carbs, its also good for you and can help regulate your digestive system or another kind can help make you skinny ;). i prefer the vanilla, banana cream pie, or the lime! yogurts also a good snack for when you want food, but aren%26#039;t that hungry. =)

Milkshake or those quick stir drinks like chocolate milk. Just put half a tiny teaspoon of chocolate powder so that you can still fall asleep. Make sure that the chocolate is sugar free.
A glass of clean fresh cold water also helps me to sleep. You can try that instead if you want. Just drink the water slowly so you will not want to drink more. Enjoy the taste very slowly.
When you eat make sure to eat very slowly and enjoy the taste. That%26#039;s how you can make your appetite small instead of taking those chemical or unnatural things for your body.
Milkshake,smoothie,chocolate milk,or cold fresh water can help you to sleep. If that doesn%26#039;t help I apologize.

I relate. I can%26#039;t sleep if I%26#039;m hungry so I just eat something filling, but not too much of it. I just work out harder during my workouts.

Problem is, anything low in carbs will not fill you. I say try those rice-cake health pattie things. Those are low in carbs and after you eat 4 or 5 you%26#039;re good to go! Cereal works well too for me! I has lots of other good stuff too (the health ones).

fat free yogurt is good, especially dannon%26#039;s, it%26#039;s 60 calories. Also, you could make sugar-free gelatin. It only has 10 calories and it can fill you up for a while. If you%26#039;re not that hungry but want a bite of something, chew sugar-free gum.

I like to eat a bowl of fresh fruit. Tonight I had watermelon and cantaloupe with banana slices.
If I don%26#039;t have fresh fruit I eat baby carrotts and sliced cucumber with Ranch Salad Dressing for dip.
