Peanut Butter (make sure it%26#039;s the natural kind with the oil on top that you have to mix) and sugar free jelly.

How about sugar reduced grape jelly? Don%26#039;t get sugarfree though, those are NASTY. The sugar reduced is only 25 calories for 2 tbsp. I also buy promise butter spread.. it%26#039;s only 5 calories a tablespoon! If I have time I like to mix the promise butter with some splenda and cinnamon and I have low calorie cinnamon toast :)

I didn%26#039;t think it would taste good but it does. I also like to spread no-sugar-added applesauce with a little cinnamon on my toast. It%26#039;s a nice alternative for all the high sugar jams/jellies.
